Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Controller to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and budgeting processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting strategic planning and leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, and payroll
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Oversee internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
• Coordinate audits and support external financial reviews
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support leadership with data-driven financial insights

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience
• Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred

Average Pay Rate:
$58 – $68 / Hour
