Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Sewing Machine Operator to assemble garments using industrial sewing machines. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow specifications and safety protocols in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce or repair garments
• Follow sewing patterns, templates, and production instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic machine maintenance, threading, and troubleshooting
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety guidelines
• Meet daily production goals while ensuring consistent quality

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience using industrial sewing machines
• Ability to read and follow patterns or sewing instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Familiarity with different fabrics and stitching techniques
• Able to sit for long periods and meet production quotas
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Average Pay Rate:
$17 – $19 / Hour
