Sales Representative 

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales Representative to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying prospects, presenting product or service solutions, and closing deals while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact new sales prospects through outreach and networking
  • Present and promote products or services to potential and existing customers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals
  • Maintain relationships with clients and provide post-sale support
  • Track sales activity, prepare reports, and meet performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, B2B or B2C
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Familiar with CRM systems and basic reporting tools
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Average Pay Rate:
$28 – $32 / Hour
