Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, set and monitor performance goals, and drive strategies that increase revenue and market share. This role is responsible for team development, analyzing sales metrics, and aligning sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and customer base
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Set KPIs and regularly review team performance
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align efforts and messaging
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for executive leadership
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of sales management experience
- Proven ability to meet revenue goals and manage a high-performing team
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools
- Experience in B2B, staffing, logistics, or manufacturing industries a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Average Pay Rate:
$45 – $55 / Hour
