Position Overview:
We’re hiring Order Picker/Packers to accurately pick products and prepare them for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products based on order sheets or scanner instructions
• Pack items securely for shipment and label packages correctly
• Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic reading and math skills for order accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Average Pay Rate:
$20 – $23 / Hour
