Position Overview: 

Oversee daily greenhouse operations for plant health, task delegation, inventory control, and compliance. Ensure teams follow SOPs while keeping flower and nursery zones clean and productive.

Basic Requirements: 

• 2+ years of greenhouse experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying hot/humid conditions
• Detail-oriented and comfortable documenting crop progress
• Familiar with nursery care, clone/mother plant rotation, and Metrc tracking
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Average Pay Rate: 

$18 – $22 per hour (Based on experience)
