Position Overview: 

Lead and support a cannabis processing team by managing daily production, training team members, and ensuring quality control across all tasks including trimming, packaging, and inventory tracking.

Basic Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisor experience
• 2+ years of processing or post-harvest experience preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Average Pay Rate: 

$18 – $22
