Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator with experience in MIG and TIG welding to join our industrial team. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components based on blueprints and technical drawings. Candidates must demonstrate precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish or Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred to ensure effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Basic Requirements: 

• Minimum 1–2 years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Must pass a welding test
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Must bring/wear proper PPE (welding helmet, boots, gloves, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
• Spanish-speaking required or bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Average Pay Rate: 

$18 – $20
