Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead efforts in expanding new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening market presence. This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in driving revenue, guiding team performance, and shaping long-term growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet company goals
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences
- Lead presentations and negotiations with potential partners or clients
- Set and monitor KPIs for the business development team
- Mentor team members and support their performance and growth
- Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes and drive results
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership
- Strong background in sales strategy, client relations, and market expansion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet performance targets
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable in high-pressure, goal-driven environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Average Pay Rate:
$45 – $55 / Hour
