Business Development Manager 

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead efforts in expanding new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening market presence. This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in driving revenue, guiding team performance, and shaping long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet company goals
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with potential partners or clients
  • Set and monitor KPIs for the business development team
  • Mentor team members and support their performance and growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes and drive results

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership
  • Strong background in sales strategy, client relations, and market expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and meet performance targets
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable in high-pressure, goal-driven environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Average Pay Rate:
$45 – $55 / Hour
