Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role handles inquiries, order updates, returns, and complaints across phone, email, or chat channels. We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent service while managing multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and general product information
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Accurately log all interactions into CRM software
- Follow company procedures to ensure consistent support
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction through clear and timely communication
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and computer navigation
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Average Pay Rate:
$20 – $23 / Hour
