Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Fabric Cutter to accurately cut fabric according to specified patterns and measurements to support sewing and production processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut fabric manually or using cutting machines based on production patterns
• Lay out, mark, and align fabric according to templates or measurements
• Inspect fabric for defects and ensure cuts meet quality standards
• Organize and label cut pieces for sewing or assembly teams
• Maintain cutting tools and equipment for safe operation
• Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas

Qualifications:

• Experience in fabric cutting or textile production preferred
• Ability to read and follow patterns, measurements, and instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift fabric rolls as needed
• Team-oriented and adaptable to production needs

Average Pay Rate:
$17 – $19 / Hour
