Position Overview:
We’re hiring Forklift Operators to safely move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse or production facility. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, equipment knowledge, and attention to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move products and materials
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers
• Conduct equipment safety checks before and after use
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning and recording product movement
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse tasks when not operating equipment

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of recent forklift operation experience
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Average Pay Rate:
$16.50 – $17.75 / Hour (depending on FL)
