Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Patternmaker to create, modify, and finalize clothing patterns for production. This role requires precision, a strong understanding of garment construction, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and adjust patterns based on design specifications or samples
• Translate design sketches into accurate production-ready patterns
• Work closely with designers, sample makers, and production teams
• Ensure proper fit, balance, and construction in all patterns
• Maintain pattern files, records, and revisions
• Make pattern corrections based on fitting sessions and production feedback

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in patternmaking or apparel production
• Proficient in manual or digital patternmaking tools (Gerber, Optitex, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and textiles
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fashion design or technical degree preferred

Average Pay Rate:
$30 – $34 / Hour
