Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Logistics Manager to oversee daily supply chain operations, manage transportation and warehouse activities, and lead logistics teams to meet performance goals. This role plays a key part in optimizing processes, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Lead and mentor logistics staff to meet department goals and KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce delays
- Monitor and analyze logistics metrics to ensure performance targets are achieved
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
- Support leadership with reporting and strategic planning
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory systems
- Analytical skills and ability to solve operational issues quickly
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
Average Pay Rate:
$45 – $52 / Hour
