Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Millwright to install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems. This role requires precision, mechanical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and align heavy machinery and mechanical components
- Maintain and repair industrial equipment, conveyors, and production systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Ensure equipment is installed according to manufacturer and safety specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of millwright or industrial maintenance experience
- Skilled in mechanical alignment, rigging, and use of precision tools
- Ability to read schematics and follow technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working with heavy equipment and in high-noise environments
- Certification or trade school training preferred
Average Pay Rate:
$30 – $35 / Hour
