Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Screen Printing Press Operator to run screen printing equipment and ensure high-quality prints on apparel or other products. This role requires attention to detail, consistency in output, and adherence to safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual or automatic screen printing presses
- Align screens and materials to ensure accurate registration
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments during runs
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment
- Record production output and complete quality control checks
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in screen printing or press operation preferred
- Ability to identify and correct printing issues
- Familiarity with inks, substrates, and press settings
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Average Pay Rate:
$21 – $24 / Hour
