Position Overview:
We’re hiring General Laborers (Lumpers) to support manual loading and unloading of freight in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This physically demanding role includes breaking down pallets, sorting inventory, and keeping the dock and warehouse organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight by hand or with basic equipment
• Break down pallets and move inventory as directed
• Sort and organize products within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications:

• Warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable with physically demanding, fast-paced work
• Strong team player with ability to work independently when needed
• Basic English or Spanish communication skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Flexible with overtime and weekend shifts if needed

Average Pay Rate:
$17 – $18 / Hour
