Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations by assisting clients, processing orders, and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will multitask effectively, deliver excellent service, and communicate well with both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Process orders and enter accurate data into internal systems
- Support internal departments with customer-related updates
- Manage email correspondence and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (office, call center, or warehouse setting preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or data entry systems
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volume of calls/emails and multitask efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Average Pay Rate:
$18 – $20 / Hour
