Position Overview:
We’re hiring a safety-focused Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to support order fulfillment in a high-reach warehouse environment. This role involves operating a cherry picker to accurately pull orders, manage inventory using RF scanners, and meet productivity targets while working at heights of 20+ feet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cherry picker forklift to pull and move inventory
- Work at heights of 20+ feet safely and confidently
- Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory
- Read and follow pick tickets and labels
- Maintain accuracy and speed while meeting performance goals
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Support warehouse organization and flow as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift certification (specific to cherry picker/high-reach)
- 1+ year of cherry picker experience in a warehouse setting
- Comfortable lifting 30–50 lbs and being on your feet throughout shift
- Experience with order pulling and inventory handling
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet productivity expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication (bilingual preferred)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Average Pay Rate:
$18 – $20 / Hour
