Position Overview:
We’re hiring a bilingual Deputy Team Lead to support leadership operations in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse. This role combines team coordination, equipment operation, and data-driven inventory oversight. Ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and hands-on logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, and inventory control)
• Supervise and assist team members on shift tasks and assignments
• Operate equipment: Forklift, Bendi, Cherry Picker, and EPJ
• Collaborate with diverse teams to maintain productivity and accuracy
• Perform quality checks and ensure safety compliance

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
• 3+ years of warehouse experience, including 1+ year in leadership
• Licensed to operate warehouse equipment
• Proficient in using scanners, computer systems, and basic inventory platforms
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work weekend shifts (Sat or Sun)
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with 3PL logistics operations

Pay Rate:
$21 – $25 / Hour
