Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow key client relationships. This role focuses on upselling, contract renewals, and maintaining strong communication with clients while working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key accounts and clients
- Proactively engage clients to retain business and drive renewals
- Identify upselling opportunities and develop customized proposals
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, etc.) for project execution
- Oversee project timelines and client communications
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and problem resolution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
- Proficient in CRM tools and proposal writing
Average Pay Rate:
$28 – $38 / Hour
