Position Overview:
We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office functions including scheduling, communication, and organizational tasks. This role helps keep business operations running smoothly by ensuring timely and accurate administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations and general administrative tasks
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage appointments
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Handle internal communication and external correspondence
- Support data entry, filing, and recordkeeping duties
- Maintain office supplies and support ordering processes
- Ensure smooth workflow between departments and management
- Provide support for onboarding, HR, or operational activities as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and professional with a team-oriented attitude
Average Pay Rate:
$16.50 / Hour (DOE)
