Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Bendi / Aisle Master Forklift Operator to safely navigate narrow aisles, manage mid-to-high level inventory, and operate specialized equipment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and experience in a warehouse environment with narrow aisle layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Bendi or Aisle Master forklift in narrow aisle warehouse environments
• Load, unload, and relocate inventory accurately and safely
• Navigate tight spaces and work with pallet racking systems
• Use RF scanners and basic inventory tracking systems
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
• Support general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification for Bendi or Aisle Master equipment
• 1+ year of relevant forklift experience in a warehouse setting
• Skilled in maneuvering through narrow aisles and high-bay racking
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Willing to work overtime or weekends if required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Average Pay Rate:
$18 – $20 / Hour
