Call Center Agent 

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Call Center Agent to support customers by handling inbound and outbound calls related to orders, billing, product questions, and technical support. This role requires clear communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on orders, service issues, or customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, billing, or technical support
  • Document all customer interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with every interaction
  • Meet individual and team performance goals

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and use multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Average Pay Rate:
$18 – $22 / Hour
