Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, planning, and risk management efforts for our organization. This executive-level role is key to driving long-term growth, ensuring compliance, and supporting data-driven decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Manage budgeting, reporting, and financial performance analysis
- Lead risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
- Oversee accounting, finance, and payroll departments
- Evaluate investment opportunities and capital structure
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals
- Ensure financial sustainability and alignment with company vision
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial management role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to influence executive decision-making and lead cross-functional teams
- CPA or MBA preferred
Average Pay Rate:
$110 – $130 / Hour
