Customer Service Representative


Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations by assisting clients, processing orders, and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will multitask effectively, deliver excellent service, and communicate well with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Process orders and enter accurate data into internal systems
  • Support internal departments with customer-related updates
  • Manage email correspondence and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (office, call center, or warehouse setting preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or data entry systems
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volume of calls/emails and multitask efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Average Pay Rate:
$18 – $20 / Hour
