Position Overview: 

Support cannabis plant care throughout all growth stages, including transplanting, trellising, fertigation, and harvesting. This role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail in a greenhouse environment.

Basic Requirements: 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in greenhouse conditions (temps range from 62°F to 95+°F)
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and follow SOPs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Average Pay Rate: 

$16 – $18
