Position Overview:
We are hiring a Machine Operator to support production in a paper converting facility. You’ll operate large-scale equipment used to manufacture consumer paper products like napkins, towels, or tissues. This hands-on role involves setting up machinery, monitoring performance, clearing jams, and performing basic maintenance in coordination with the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load raw materials and prepare equipment for production runs
• Monitor machine output and ensure consistent quality
• Troubleshoot basic malfunctions and escalate technical issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of assigned machinery
• Work alongside maintenance teams for ongoing performance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate (must use manufacturing software programs)
• Experience with industrial machinery in a production environment

Pay Rate:
$18.65 – $21 / Hour
