Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform routine equipment maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete minor repairs. This role supports production uptime and facility safety, requiring technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical or electrical issues
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for audits and reporting
• Follow safety guidelines and regulatory compliance procedures
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Proficient in using mechanical, electrical, or HVAC tools and systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Average Pay Rate:
$28 – $32 / Hour
