Office Clerk 

Position Overview:
We’re hiring an Office Clerk to support administrative operations by handling filing, data entry, and routine office tasks. This role is essential for maintaining organization and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and update internal databases
  • File documents and maintain organized records
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and route messages
  • Assist with scheduling, mail handling, and supply orders
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company documents

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of office or clerical experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Average Pay Rate:
$21 – $23 / Hour
