Position Overview:
We’re hiring an Office Clerk to support administrative operations by handling filing, data entry, and routine office tasks. This role is essential for maintaining organization and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and update internal databases
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and route messages
- Assist with scheduling, mail handling, and supply orders
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company documents
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of office or clerical experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Average Pay Rate:
$21 – $23 / Hour
