Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Screen Preparation Technician to support the printing process by preparing, cleaning, and maintaining screens. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of screen printing equipment, and the ability to follow production and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare screens for printing by coating, exposing, and drying
- Clean and reclaim used screens for reuse
- Inspect screens for damage or defects and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of screen usage and preparation logs
- Follow safety and chemical handling procedures
- Assist printing team with setup and screen-related needs
Qualifications:
- Experience in screen printing or screen preparation preferred
- Ability to follow technical instructions and quality standards
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Average Pay Rate:
$21 – $24 / Hour
