Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Turret Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations by accurately picking, moving, and putting away inventory using turret forklifts (Raymond Swing Reach or similar). This role requires attention to detail, comfort working at heights, and experience with WMS and RF scanners in a high-reach environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate turret forklift to pick orders and relocate pallets
• Place products in storage racks and retrieve as directed
• Follow instructions for canceled and inspection-related orders
• Work in high-reach environments safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Maintain productivity, safety, and accuracy throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification specific to turret truck equipment
• 1–2 years of experience operating turret forklifts
• Familiar with warehouse safety protocols and RF scanner use
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as needed
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Average Pay Rate:
$19 – $21 / Hour
