Account Executive 

Description: Manages relationships with key accounts or clients. Works to retain and grow business through upselling, contract renewals, and proactive customer engagement. Develops customized proposals and collaborates with internal teams for solution delivery. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and client expectations, and ensures seamless communication across departments.

Sales Representative 

Description: Responsible for selling products or services to new or existing customers. Identifies prospects, builds relationships, presents offerings, negotiates pricing, and closes deals. May work in B2B or B2C settings and must meet or exceed sales targets. Expected to demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
